1. Mô tả công việc

  • Tiếp nhận booking từ hãng tàu và airlines.

  • Gửi booking cho khách hàng.

  • Phát hành BILL, AN, DO, DEBIT NOTE,...

  • Thực hiện đề nghị thanh toán cho hãng tàu, airlines hoặc đối tác liên quan.

  • Theo dõi tình trạng lô hàng, cập nhật thông tin cho khách hàng và đại lý.

  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của trưởng bộ phận.

2. Thời gian làm việc

  • Giờ làm việc: 8h00 - 17h30 (nghỉ trưa 1h30p).

  • Làm việc từ thứ Hai đến sáng thứ Bảy.

  • Nghỉ chiều thứ Bảy, Chủ nhật và các ngày lễ, Tết theo quy định.

3. Chế độ lương thưởng

  • Mức lương và chính sách hỗ trợ sẽ được trao đổi khi phỏng vấn.

  • Được hướng dẫn, đào tạo bởi đội ngũ lãnh đạo trẻ trung, nhiệt huyết.

4. Yêu cầu công việc

  • Sinh viên thực tập chuẩn bị tốt nghiệp hoặc đã tốt nghiệp đại học/cao đẳng chính quy trong ngành vận tải quốc tế, xuất nhập khẩu hoặc ngành liên quan.

  • Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm.

  • Cẩn thận, siêng năng, chăm chỉ, chịu được áp lực công việc.

  • Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian, tổng hợp số liệu tốt, làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm.

  • Tiếng Anh thành thạo.

  • Sử dụng tốt tin học văn phòng, email Outlook.

  • Sẵn sàng làm ngoài giờ khi cần thiết.
