THÔNG TIN TUYỂN DỤNG

1. Mô tả công việc

  • Tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng thông qua nhắn tin, gọi điện theo danh sách có sẵn hoặc mở rộng trên các kênh thông tin khác.

  • Tư vấn và giới thiệu dịch vụ Logistics của công ty đến khách hàng.

  • Báo giá, đàm phán và thương thảo hợp đồng với khách hàng.

  • Triển khai đơn hàng và thực hiện công tác thu hồi công nợ.

  • Phối hợp với bộ phận Marketing để phát triển chiến lược kinh doanh.

  • Theo dõi và giám sát quá trình giao nhận hàng hóa cho khách.

  • Lập báo cáo định kỳ (tuần/tháng/quý) và báo cáo trực tiếp với cấp trên.

2. Thời gian làm việc

  • Giờ hành chính: 08:00 - 17:30 (Nghỉ trưa 1 giờ 30 phút).

  • Lịch làm việc: Từ thứ Hai đến sáng thứ Bảy (Nghỉ chiều thứ Bảy, Chủ Nhật và các ngày lễ, Tết theo quy định).

  • Sinh viên thực tập hoặc ứng viên mới tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành Logistics, Kinh tế,…

  • Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm.

  • Sức khỏe tốt, nhanh nhẹn, trung thực, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.

  • Chủ động, quyết đoán, có khả năng quản lý thời gian và làm việc độc lập hoặc theo nhóm.

  • Tiếng Anh cơ bản là một lợi thế.
